This was my "congratulationsforgettingthroughaMonday" gift to myself. 
Oh yes. I hope you're not getting sick of my single serving recipes?

  3. I made this for dessert last night and it was amazing!! Instead of oil I used 1 Tbsp of Cinnamon Sugar Butter. I died ;)

  7. More more more!!! I can't get enough of these single serve recipes. They arereceived a fantastic idea and no guilt because I wont eat the entire batch because they are single serve. :)

  9. Thanks, Sophie! This turned out great. After our kids went to bed last night, my hubby said, "I'm ready for dessert!" but I hadn't made any. So, I whipped two of these up, and it was wonderful! I didn't have chocolate chips, but we poured cream over it and YUMMMM! I also baked it in my toaster oven on 350, instead of the microwave, as I don't have a microwave.
