Coffee Cake In-A-Cup

This stuff is SO good! This was from the second time I made it...
The first time I used half an egg and I liked it WAY better. This time I
used a whole egg and as you might be able to tell from the pictures, it was
a little to eggy for my liking!
Other than that, it's cakey, cinnamon-sugary, crunchy goodness!

Coffee Cake In-A-Cup
{Mix everything together in a coffee cup}
1 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 egg
2 tbsp. sour cream
a few drops of vanilla
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. baking powder

Mix it all up!

If you want some crumb topping...
{You know you do!!!}

1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Smoosh it up and add it to the cup.
Microwave for about 1 minute and add ten second increments to your liking...
ENJOY!!! :)

Also, the link party is ending tomorrow! Please be sure to link up
your last minute goodies! Thanks! :)

  6. Hey, quick question for you. . .when you put the egg in, you've scrambled it together right? So if I wanted to make two of these, I could mix the egg with the fork and then evenly divide it between both cups, right?

    1. Well if I use half an egg, I put it in a small bowl, beat it, and then split it up. But if I'm using a whole egg, I just throw it in there and mix it with everything else. Hope this helps! Thanks for stopping by(: If you have any recipes, I'd love if you linked upsome yumminess! Thanks(:
